Senior Business Systems Analyst (IT) | Contract | Hybrid📍 Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite → Hybrid) 📅 Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible) 🕒 Schedule: Mon–Thu | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM PSTAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise IT initiatives, focusing on business analysis, data analytics, reporting, and project coordination. This role works closely with Infrastructure and End User Compute (EUC) teams to drive process improvements and deliver high-impact technology solutions.What You’ll DoGather and document business & technical requirementsCoordinate IT projects, timelines, and deliverablesBuild executive dashboards, reports, and presentationsAnalyze operational data to identify trends and improvementsDocument workflows and recommend process enhancementsCollaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teamsRequired Experience5+ years in Business Systems Analysis / IT Project Coordination / Data AnalysisExperience in enterprise IT environmentsStrong skills in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communicationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Infrastructure / EUC environmentsExpertise in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to create executive-level presentationsWork SetupFirst 8 weeks: 100% onsitePost onboarding: Hybrid (1 day onsite / 3 days remote)Flexibility required based on project needs
