We're helping them fill this position.If you're passionate about making an impact in the beauty and haircare space, this is the right role for you.Requirements:You're based in Fort Myers, FL or willing to relocate for this full-time position (moving costs covered)You have 3+ years of experience growing a personal brand with proven success in scaling reach and engagementYou're an expert in social media content strategy with deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience growth strategiesYou have a strong background in filming, editing, and social content production (both short-form and long-form)You understand the nuance in strategy between long-form video, short-form video, podcast, and written contentYou have experience managing creatives and building content teamsYou possess exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to extract and refine high-value insightsYou're passionate about beauty, haircare, and helping others improve their livesYou're proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and have experience with thumbnail designYou're available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with occasional weekend workResponsibilities:Establish and scale Chris's YouTube presence, creating both long-form and short-form content that leverages his expertiseDevelop and execute comprehensive Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content strategiesIdentify key content themes and topics that align with Chris's expertise, industry trends, and audience interestsOversee the filming and editing process for social content, ensuring high-quality production and platform-specific optimizationConduct weekly interviews with Chris to extract valuable insights for content creationWork closely with editors, writers, and content strategists to develop engaging assets tailored for each platformManage external creative partners and agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goalsBuild a roadmap for scaling the personal brand team, hiring creatives, editors, and strategists as neededStay ahead of social media trends and platform algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagementAnalyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insightsProvide weekly reporting on content performance and audience growthThis is the perfect role for someone who wants to build a captivating digital presence that resonates and inspires women passionate about hair, beauty, and confidence.
