Job Title: Senior IT System Support EngineerLocation: New York ( 3x per week in office)Salary: Up to $400,000 Total Compensation (Depending on experience)This is a hands-on position focused on improving the end-user experience through automation, modern workplace tooling, and continuous platform enhancement across a complex enterprise estate.The role involves ownership of core EUC technologies, acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, and driving improvements across Windows, Linux, O365, collaboration platforms, and mobility solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams on automation initiatives and infrastructure upgrades, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a high-performance technical culture.Key requirements:• Strong experience in End User Computing / Modern Workplace engineering within enterprise environments• Deep knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Office 365, Citrix, SCCM, and collaboration tools• Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting capability for automation and support tooling• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, or EUC transformation projects• Ability to act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and production issues• Strong understanding of endpoint management, remote access, and enterprise mobility solutions• Experience working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholdersAPPLY NOW!
