Assembler - 3rd Shift

Job Summary: The Assembler must be able to assemble electrical enclosures, install sub panels and other various hardware. Duties/Responsibilities: Performs processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling. Prepare finished product by checking for defects in detail and/or cosmetic appearance. Report defective materials or questionable quality conditions to the department SME. Perform all essential functions/duties within quality requirements. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Follow all required safety procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow established SOP's and Work Instructions Must have knowledge and be able to use basic hand tools Must be able to follow directions and work in a fast paced, team environment. Must be able to read a tape measurer. Must be detail-oriented and thorough. Ability to complete required paperwork accurately. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
