Clinical Leader
We're seeking a Clinical Leader for a hybrid role in Kings County, NY to lead and hold accountable a team of field nurses and clinical educators. This tech-savvy, digital-first leader will drive clinical performance through KPIs, partner closely with Operations and Compliance, and lead efforts related to audits, investigations, and regulatory readiness. Ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. We offer weekly pay between $120,000-$150,000 annually. What You'll Do:Provide strategic and day-to-day oversight of clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous performance improvement.Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of field nurses, clinical trainers, and educators to ensure consistency in clinical practice and standards.Drive a digital-first approach, leveraging systems, reporting tools, and data analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.Own and manage clinical KPIs, establishing benchmarks, tracking outcomes, and implementing corrective action plans as needed.Partner closely with Operations and Compliance leadership to align clinical practices with organizational goals and regulatory expectations.Oversee readiness and response for state audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews, including preparation of documentation and action plans.Evaluate and optimize clinical workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.Support workforce planning, including staffing strategies, training, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staff.Ensure all clinical staff maintain required licensure, certifications, and training compliance.Act as the primary clinical decision-maker for complex cases and operational challenges.Lead clinical meetings, drive communication across teams, and reinforce accountability at all levels.Education and Experience:Active RN license required; BSN preferred (or equivalent clinical leadership experience).Proven leadership experience managing field-based clinical teams, including nurses and educators.Strong experience with KPIs, performance management, and data-driven decision-makingDemonstrated success working in highly regulated environments with state audits, investigations, and compliance oversightHighly proficient with technology, EMR/EHR systems, and digital reporting tools; digital-first mindset requiredStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Operations and Compliance.Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.Physical and Travel Requirements:Hybrid role based in Kings County, NY with consistent, hands-on leadership presence.Regular local travel required.Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and move throughout office and field settings as needed.Ability to communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and external stakeholders.
