Maintenance
Overview:
Maintenance Level 3
Pay: $22 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday and alternating weekends
Location: Lake Ozark, Missouri
This is a Level 3 position and you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HV/AC, landscaping.
The Maintenance Worker reports to the Maintenance Director. The mission of the Maintenance Worker is to perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, landscaping, general outside upkeep and other building systems, while modeling safe and trusting relationships. The Maintenance Worker will ensure that campus is always safe and beautiful. The position requires the ability to think fast on your feet and willingness to be available at times outside normal business hours.
Responsibilities:
Performs routine general maintenance including painting, grounds keeping, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
Performs a variety of landscaping maintenance over all properties (includes snow removal)
Conducts regular walk throughs of properties to determine maintenance needs as well ensuring safety measures are met
Purchases supplies and materials necessary to complete projects
Facilitates regular and seasonal maintenance
Working with team to determine maintenance needs and requests
Complete maintenance requests and building inspections in a timely manner
Attend trainings and meetings as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
Must have proof of High school Diploma or GED
21 years age
Able to pass federal background check/drug screening
Able to pass physical/drug screen
5+ years professional maintenance experience
