Work with technical leads and architects to transform high- and low-level system designs into technical components. Develop applications based on technical requirements, design/architecture principles, and standards. Build reusable code and libraries for platform and shared services. Produce work products ensuring system design and delivery align with business needs and project plans. Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Mandatory QualificationsLevel III Experience: 7+ years working on complex projects, with 2+ years in a developer leadership role. Full-Stack Development: 7 years utilizing technologies/frameworks to achieve project goals, with hands-on experience in full-stack development using modern OO programming languages (preferably .NET C#) for Web Services, Databases, or web applications. Domain Experience: Minimum of 4 years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program across various workstreams (including Fair Hearings) in a Health and Human Services setting. Additional Qualifications7 years developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), including CI/CD techniques. 5 years developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, and .NET 8. 7 years developing web applications utilizing MVC patterns and Angular. 5 years developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs. 7 years performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server and Oracle. 4 years working with Web APIs and JSON.
