Candidate must be a US citizen and have an active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI.Position Description: In support of a premier intelligence operations agency, we are seeking a Penetration Tester (Red Teamer). Qualified Red Team Operators must have experience with cyber exploitation techniques involving initial access, execution, persistence, privilege escalation, defense evasion, credential access, lateral movement, collection, exfiltration, command and control, and device hacking. Operators will apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise for threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and persistent penetration testing cyber campaigns.Roles and Responsibilities: Assess physical security and Operations Security factors as they relate to information assurance and force protection through attempting to gain physical access to secure facilitiesAssess new technologies, software applications, and devices relevant to Information OperationsCoordinate, facilitate, and develop training materials and products in accordance with Government-provided guidelines Support Computer Network Security and Exploitation tasks:Assess computer network defense and information assurance in support of customer organizationsProvide vulnerability assessments in support of off-site systems, network architecture, policy and procedure, applications, and system integrity reviewsAssist with development and maintenance of Red Team Detachment assessment methods, tools, and techniquesPerform code review, protocol and input fuzzing in order to find vulnerabilitiesPerform analysis of disassembled code when source code is unavailable Develop exploits based on identified vulnerabilitiesRecommend fixes and mitigation for identified vulnerabilities Create and maintain adversary emulation tool sets and developmentDevelop and deliver technical reports and executive summaries of Red Team missionsDocument tools, techniques, processes, and proceduresRequired:7+ years of experience with systems engineering and administrationBachelor's degree and 3+ years of information technology experience or a Highschool diploma and 7+ years of information technology experienceCurrent U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI eligibilityDoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical - Level III certification (CompTIA SecurityX, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP)Offensive Security Professional Certification (OSCP) or GIAC Pentetration Tester (GPEN)Linux Computing Environment certificationWindows Computing Environment certificationDesired:Red Team Apprentice, Offensive Methodology Analysis, Red Team Operations or similiar coursePython certificationExperience with Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Kali LinuxEmployee Benefits:Competitive salary for well qualified applicants401(k) planAnnual performance bonusCertification and advanced degree attainment bonusesStudent Loan / Tuition reimbursementHealth Care Insurance (medical, dental, vision)Up to four weeks of paid vacation11 Federal Holidays, and 3 Floating HolidaysTeam bonding eventsRedTrace Technologies is an EOE employerPowered by JazzHRuydHuAwCaP
