Our company strives to provide our customers with clean and safe parking areas and sidewalks, while being environmentally conscious and responsible. No matter the size or type of customer, we are committed to treating each property as if it were our own.WHAT TO EXPECTPorters work independently to perform routine manual labor involved in property maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians. Our porters detail the properties with the use of backpack blowers in designated areas, utilization of handheld tools and the occasional hand-picking of various debris, sanitation of company property such as trash cans and ash trays, and replacement of trash can liners. This is an entry-level position. Hours of operation are 8 AM - 5 PM.REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 23 years of ageHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysMust be able to work in all weather conditionsAbility to pass background check and drug screenAbility to follow both written and oral instructionsAbility to utilize Gmail and iPad technologyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, our drivers are routinely required to drive, stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, reach outward, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, squat or kneel, and/or bend. They must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs.
