Role: Senior Project/Manufacturing EngineerLocations: 101 HomeBased Street, Indianapolis IN - 46225Contract: 12+ months duration (Extension or FTE conversion)Mode: Remote/Onsite as per client's preferencePayrate: $78/hr + BenefitsJob Description:Design, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain utility systems (HVAC, chilled water, steam, compressed air, process gases, etc.) for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.Develop and review P&IDs, equipment specifications, and engineering calculations to ensure system reliability, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Provide technical support during capital project design, installation, commissioning, and qualification phases.Conduct root-cause analysis on utility/facilities issues and implement preventive maintenance or upgrade solutions.Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to minimize downtime and support 24/7 manufacturing operations.Ensure all work complies with cGMP, FDA/EMA guidelines, and internal engineering standards.Experience:8+ years in facilities/utility engineering/AutoCAD/Pharma background.
