Schedule is 8 5 Mon Fri Hospital/clinic Call is 1:3 looking for 1:4 phone consult Call back %: minimal Weekend: rounding ER: minimal ICU: rounding 100% peds 70% outpatient 30% inpatient 12 clinic patients per day per physician 0 6 hospital patients per physician 3 physicians in group/looking for 4th 1 mid-level Office ancillary staff 2 RN, 1 MA, 2 front desk EPIC EMR Offsite EEG reads.
