Job Title: Operations AnalystDuration: 3 months contract with potential contract to hirePay rate: $24.00/hr. on W2Location: 16001 Dallas Pkwy Addison, TX 75001, USAJob type: Training will be onsite 5 days/week, eventually will shift to hybrid (3 onsite, 2 remote) work scheduleNote: Contractor will be responsible for parking feesJob DescriptionThe Securities Settlement and Custody Operations group plays a significant role within Wealth Management Operations (WMO). The organization is responsible for Clearing & Settlement for various Pierce and Private Bank distribution channels, servicing Private Bank Securities on PACE, Fund Relationship and Onboarding Mutual Fund & Alternative Investments.The Private Bank Investment Income team provides operational support for global and domestic dividends and interest payments for the Private Bank. The team facilitates foreign tax residency certification, dividend reinvestment and favorable foreign tax withholding elections, and principal and interest payments associated with income events.The candidate will be responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include transaction processing, analyzing event details and requirements, and communicating effectively with peers, management, and business partners. Job expectations include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients.Responsibilities Include Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to the established written guidelines and procedures including escalation when necessary Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational unitsRequired Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads within defined timelines Basic understanding of securities and markets Ability to follow established procedures and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial and operational risk Awareness of audit expectations, documentation requirements, and control environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, trend reporting) for reporting and process improvementDesired Skills Demonstrated ability to reconcile transaction reports, settlement records, and asset movement requests with a high level of accuracy Experience performing detailed reviews to identify gaps and ensure completeness prior to settlement or transfer execution Basic understanding of Corporate Actions Experience mitigating operational risks related to transaction processing
