Building Bridges Pediatric Therapy Services is an outpatient pediatric therapy practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with a variety of needs. We are currently providing in-home and community based services to children on the Lower Eastern Shore (Wicomico, Worcester and a portion of Somerset Counties). Our team of professionals is passionate about helping children achieve their fullest potential through individualized therapy plans and a collaborative approach. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:
Assess and evaluate the needs of pediatric patients with a wide range of conditions, including developmental delays and physical disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate and support families and caregivers on strategies to facilitate their child's progress and participation in daily activities.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of children's progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
