This is a high-impact, field-based role for an experienced neurovascular sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about improving outcomes for patients undergoing complex neurovascular procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Drive monthly and annual sales performance to consistently achieve and exceed quota• Build and nurture strategic relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and key decision-makers across the territory• Develop monthly revenue forecasts and provide accurate business projections for each account• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all product lines through targeted prospecting• Submit monthly reports on account status, territory business trends, and competitive intelligence• Provide real-time clinical support during procedures and deliver ongoing in-service training to ensure correct product utilization• Represent Asahi Intecc at local, regional, and national medical meetings and conferences• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by company leadershipCORE COMPETENCIES• Deep clinical knowledge of neurovascular intervention and related anatomy• Proven ability to manage a large geographic territory with disciplined business planning, forecasting, and follow-up• Strong commercial acumen, including profitability analysis, margin management, and negotiation• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage credibly with physicians and clinical staff• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously• Proficient in MS Office Suite; comfortable with digital tools and virtual selling platforms• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex clinical products and translate features into clinical benefits• Skilled in territory management, clinical education, sales planning, and performance managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree required• 5+ years of medical device sales experience in the Neurovascular Lab• Direct hospital or procedure room experience within a neurovascular setting• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time (approximately 4 days per week)• Must meet all hospital credentialing and drug screening requirementsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSAsahi Intecc offers a competitive total compensation package designed to reward high performers:pensatn Component Amo Total Target Compensation $325,000 Car Allowance $650/mo (taxable) Phone Allowance $150/mo (non-taxable) Internet Allowance $50/mo (non-taxable) Office Supplies $25/mo (non-taxable) This is a full-time position with standard 8-hour workdays and potential overtime based on business needs.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role requires the ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with colleagues and customers.
