Family & Children Medicaid Supervisor
What You'll Be DoingThe Family & Children Medicaid Supervisor provides supervision and administrative oversight of the daily activities of case managers in a unit located at several WakeMed Health and Hospitals locations. This position works with the WakeMed Financial Counselors to process Medicaid applications for WakeMed patients timely and accurately. Expected timeliness and quality measures are 90%. Expedites work flow, works with staff on same or similar duties, and performs additional administrative or technical work. This position requires the employee to obtain an annual flu vaccine, along with maintaining current immunizations. The employee will also be required to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
