This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with a passion for customer relationships, team leadership, and hitting aggressive sales targets.Sales & StrategyManage the day-to-day operations of the business development and sales functions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Support sales forecasting and territory planning in collaboration with leadership.Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales and service excellence.Marketing & Go-to-Market PlanningDevelop and implement short-and-long term sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership.Monitor market trends and competitor activity; adjust go-to-market strategies as needed.Industry Engagement & Client RelationsRepresent the company at trade associations, conferences, and industry events.Support high-level client engagement, including relationship management and deal negotiation/closure.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a business development or direct sales role supporting a commercial construction general contractor, subcontractor, or supplier.Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting best practices.Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Why Join UsBest in class reputation in all MEP trades.Growth potential within a dynamic, expanding organization.Selected candidates will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.EEO is the LawJ-18808-Ljbffr
