BPO F&A Operations Processing

Overview In this BPO F&A role in Lincoln, you will support financial transaction processing and ensure accuracy across accounts. You will work with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, perform QA on accounts, and analyze incomplete transactions to drive smooth cash flow. The position contributes to NTT DATA’s mission of responsible innovation by delivering reliable financial operations at scale. You will train in Call Center processes and collaborate across a modern, client-focused service delivery environment.
