Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor laser cutting equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to meet production specifications. Set up materials, tooling, and machine parameters for various laser cutting operations. Inspect finished parts to verify quality, dimensions, and compliance with company standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal equipment performance. Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently. Monitor production output and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and productivity. Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Accurately document production data, material usage, and machine performance. Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience operating laser cutting equipment or CNC machinery preferred. Ability to read measuring tools, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. Forklift certification or experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
