They work in 60 offices across 11 states and work directly with local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche. National volume of $625M and privately owned since 1972.The Overview:This PM will be running projects and sub/client relationshipsConstruction site management extending from sub-selection & contracts to safety and scheduling through completion.Contractor/vendor negotiations as well as job site development and production.Regulating budgets and managing job costs.QualificationsCandidate will need experience in residential construction preferably in scattered lot building.Managing multiple projects (5-10 on average)3+ year proven track record of successful project leadership and in New Construction.Strong leadership ability and track-record for overall construction operations.Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive Salary ($ DOE)401KPaid Vacation DaysInsurance (Company pays majority of employee costs)Car & Phone allowance (~$1200 per month)
