Founding Engineer - Ventura

Key Responsibilities Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI services, from data ingestion pipelines to real‑time recommendation engines. Build and maintain a responsive React front‑end that visualizes workforce metrics and AI insights. Deploy and scale microservices on AWS using Docker, ECS/Fargate, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production workflows. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the platform through rigorous testing and monitoring. Requirements 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Python, Node.js, and React. Proven track record deploying containerized applications on AWS. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
