This individual will play a critical role in designing, securing, automating, and supporting modern infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.This is a hands-on senior engineering role ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving high-level technical challenges, and can mentor junior staff while driving operational excellence.What You’ll DoArchitect, deploy, and maintain secure systems and network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environmentsLead endpoint lifecycle management using Intune/Autopilot and JamfAdminister identity and access management using Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID) Premium, LDAP, and Group PolicyDesign and implement monitoring, configuration management, logging, reporting, and operational standardsAutomate workflows and infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and PythonServe as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure, network, identity, and endpoint issuesAdminister core enterprise platforms including Windows Server, macOS, Microsoft 365, Box, Slack, ServiceNow, and Zoom RoomsSupport VoIP/UC systems and related network interfaces (Avaya IP Office experience highly preferred)Partner closely with Security teams to implement preventative controls, hardening strategies, and incident response supportLead asset management initiatives, CMDB accuracy, and infrastructure lifecycle documentationCreate and maintain SOPs, standards, and technical documentationMentor junior engineers and Service Desk staffParticipate in scheduled maintenance windows and occasional after-hours supportWhat You’ll Need8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or Senior Systems Administration supporting 500+ usersAdvanced experience with SCCM/Intune, Autopilot, and JamfExpert-level knowledge of Windows Server (2012+), Windows 10/11, and macOS environmentsStrong expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID) Premium, Group Policy, LDAP, and identity managementProven scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, and PythonAdvanced troubleshooting capabilities across systems, networks, identity, and endpointsStrong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint hardening, and threat mitigationExperience working within Service Desk escalation environments and ITIL-style workflowsExcellent communication, leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperienceMicrosoft 365 administrationZoom Rooms and enterprise collaboration toolingVoIP/UC administrationHybrid cloud infrastructure environmentsCMDB and asset lifecycle managementIf you enjoy building reliable infrastructure, automating operations, and serving as a technical leader within a collaborative IT organization, we’d love to connect.
