Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute and emergent conditions. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Work across two hospital emergency departments , ensuring seamless patient transitions. Effectively prioritize and manage patient flow in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR . Adhere to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and best practices in emergency medicine. Candidate requirements Required: 2+ years of recent emergency medicine experience in a hospital-based ER. Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with an active Florida license (or eligibility to obtain one). Certifications required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Why work with us?
