Please visit the web site for details about HSG: www.hsglaser.comPosition Summary:The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the daily operations of the Geneva warehouse, including receiving, shipping, inventory, and logistics coordination of industrial machinery. This role plays a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations that supports machine movement within the US.Primary Responsibilities:Take ownership of daily task planning and execution on the warehouse floors, ensuring priorities are clear and work is completed efficientlyPerform physical handling of machinery, including loading, unloading, staging, and storageProcess shipping of spare parts as necessary with Fedex, UPS, etcIdentify inventory or process issues and drive corrective actionsServe as point of contact for logistics execution and issue resolution for machines in the US including LTL, TL, or other logistics arrangementsDrive safety culture to ensure compliance with OSHA and internal requirementsSecondary Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environmentSupport implementation and continuous improvement of work standards and ERP systemWork closely with Service, Finance, and Operations to support business needsAssist with packing, crating, and preparing machinery for domestic shipmentsPosition Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or higher in a related field preferred3+ years of hands-on experience with receiving, shipping, and inventoryForklift operation experience required (Training and certification will be provided)Understanding of basic warehouse safety and compliance standardsAbility to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and operating equipmentExperience with moving industrial equipment highly preferredHSG is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race (including associated hairstyles), color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, marital status, genetic information, military status, unfavorable discharge from military service, order of protection status, pregnancy, arrest record, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
