Human Resources Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our vibrant team! Duties Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and HR meetings Support recruitment activities, including posting positions and scheduling candidates Assist with benefits administration and employee documentation Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures Respond to routine employee HR inquiries Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR-related documentation Support special HR projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
