This role is responsible for supporting direct mail production operations, including machine operation, material handling, quality control, and mail preparation.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. No prior lettershop experience is required — training will be provided.Shift:2nd shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMResponsibilities: Operate and assist with lettershop equipment, including inserters, folders, tabbers, and inkjet machinesLoad materials such as envelopes, inserts, letters, postcards, and flyers into production machinesMonitor machine performance and identify jams or production issuesPerform quality checks to ensure jobs meet client specifications and USPS requirementsSort, sleeve, tray, and prepare mail for postal deliveryAccurately complete production paperwork and job tracking logsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production areaFollow all company safety procedures and production standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure jobs are completed on timeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredNo experience required; training providedPrevious production, warehouse, manufacturing, or lettershop experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsComfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasksAbility to lift and move production materials as neededReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredWhy Join ICS?Family-owned company with a supportive team environmentStable full-time schedule with overtime opportunitiesOn-the-job training and growth opportunitiesClean and organized production facilityRecognized as a Great Place to Work for 10 consecutive years
