IM/FP Physician Needed Near Windham, CTA regional community health center covering a thirty seven town rural region in eastern Connecticut is seeking an IM or FP physician to join other dedicated staff that provides a full range of preventative and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance of chronic diseases, 24 hour on call, care coordination, as well as complete behavioral health and dental services.Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and Board Certified/Board Eligible in FM or IM.Call is 1 week at a time, approximately 3x/year.Closed for 9 paid holidays.Current CT license preferred.
