Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com.About The RoleAs a Senior Tableau Analyst, you will design and optimize Tableau dashboards, extracts, and data sources built on our Redshift analytics platform. You will collaborate with Data Engineering on dbt-modeled marts and semantic consistency, while owning Tableau standards, performance tuning, and governance. This role requires strong SQL, deep Tableau expertise, and the ability to deliver reliable reporting that scales across teams and supports KPI-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop that provide actionable insights to business stakeholdersPartner with business teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to translate analytical needs into effective visualizationsBuild Tableau data sources and optimize connections to the Redshift data warehouse for performance and reliabilityCollaborate with data engineers to leverage dbt-modeled data marts and ensure semantic consistency across reportingEstablish and maintain Tableau governance standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, and visual design guidelinesMonitor dashboard performance and usage, proactively optimizing slow-running queries and identifying opportunities for improvementConduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and present findings to leadershipTrain and support business users in self-service analytics, promoting data literacy across the organizationMaintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and business logic to ensure knowledge sharing and sustainabilityEnsure compliance with data security and privacy standards when working with sensitive data such as PII and PHIRequirements5+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop; SaaS experience preferredExpert-level proficiency in Tableau, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and performance optimizationStrong SQL skills with experience querying data warehouses; Redshift preferred, Snowflake or BigQuery acceptableExperience working with AWS data services and cloud-based data architecturesProven ability to translate business requirements into clear and intuitive data visualizationsStrong understanding of dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemasExperience with data governance, security practices, and working with regulated data such as PII or PHIExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience with version control and project management tools such as Git and JiraBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related fieldDue to FedRAMP requirements, candidates must be a U.S. PersonPreferred QualificationsTableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration experienceExperience with dbt and familiarity with analytics engineering workflowsStrong knowledge of data visualization design principles and best practicesExperience with additional BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or SigmaTableau certificationExperience in the cybersecurity or technology industryBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401k (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. FederalE-Verify program.
