Errand Runner

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and seamless transactions, and we are currently seeking a reliable and professional Errand Runner to support our team with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and supporting a dynamic real estate business. Position Overview: The Errand Runner will assist with various in-person tasks across Maryland, such as picking up/dropping off keys and signs, delivering documents, meeting vendors or clients, coordinating property access, checking on listings, and other miscellaneous errands to support our agents and transaction team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and retrieve signage, lockboxes, documents, and other materials as needed Meet vendors, inspectors, or clients at properties on behalf of agents Check and tidy up vacant listings before showings or open houses Take basic photos or videos of properties for marketing or documentation Assist with light staging support or supply drop-offs Run miscellaneous errands that support the operational needs of the brokerage Provide timely updates and documentation (e.g., photos, receipts, delivery confirmations) Qualifications: Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of Maryland roadways and ability to navigate multiple counties Professional demeanor, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision Discretion and respect for client confidentiality Experience in or familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform occasional light physical tasks (e.g., placing signs) Preferred Experience: Prior work in real estate, property management, courier services, or personal assisting Tech-savvy with a smartphone for communication, navigation, and task documentation To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief message outlining your availability and why you’re a great fit for this role.
