Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing forklifts and a variety of equipment, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.Duties/Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on forklifts Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems in forklifts Conduct post-repair inspections to verify functionality and adherence to safety standards Program and troubleshoot PLC systems Perform building maintenance and general carpentry tasks Install and repair electrical and plumbing systems Maintain and repair air compressors and dryers Work with AC, DC, and 110V to 480V systems Maintain and repair machinery, hydraulic equipment, cranes, hoists, and welding equipment Perform troubleshooting on a daily basis Manage inventory control, including counts, part numbers, cost associations, and material receiptsSchedule 8 Hour Shift Monday to Friday Volunteer Overtime Available Work/Life Balance
