This is a full time remote role open to candidates based in Latin America (Perú, Chile, Argetina, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Paragua, Uruguay) and the United States.Shift Esperanza is a pioneering regenerative real estate community in Nosara, Costa Rica. Set on 108 acres in one of Central America's most sought-after destinations for conscious living, the project blends sustainability, wellness, and community in a master-planned, multi-phase development. Our vision is to create beautiful, sustainable living spaces that promote environmental stewardship while fostering deep human connection.Built on principles of permaculture, wellness, and carbon-negative design, Shift Esperanza represents a new paradigm for real estate, where development becomes a positive force for people and the planet.About Shift Living and Blesso Properties Shift Esperanza is the first project ofShift Living , which was founded to be the world's first recognizable global brand for conscious real estate development. Shift Living was conceived by Blesso Properties (BP), founded in New York in 1998 by Matthew Blesso and now based in Costa Rica. Over the past two decades, BP has executed creative, award-winning projects in New York, Panama, and Costa Rica, generating returns well above industry norms and earning international recognition for design and innovation. BP has spent 13 years developing the concept for Shift Living and 6 years planning and permitting Shift Esperanza, which is now entering its vertical development phase.About the Role Shift Esperanza has assembled a high performing core team overseeing development, sales, marketing, and finance. With strong traction, robust marketing collateral, and the support of a top-tier global marketing strategy firm, we are now ready to bring in a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of growth.This role is central to advancing Shift Esperanza while shaping and scaling the broader Shift Living brand into future markets.This is not a traditional marketing role. It is an opportunity to build a category-defining brand from the ground up.We are looking for someone who has outgrown transactional marketing and wants to create something culturally significant, someone who believes real estate can be a force for positive impact and is deeply motivated by how people live, not just what they buy.Supported by an internal team and external partners, this role focuses on leadership, orchestration, and execution, building the systems, storytelling, and strategy that will position Shift as a global brand.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all marketing efforts for Shift Esperanza and scale the marketing function as Shift Living expands into additional projects.Collaborate with the marketing strategist to finalize the marketing plan, growth strategy, and global brand positioning, then fully own execution.Manage and grow an internal marketing team along with external consultants and agency partners.Develop SOPs, reporting systems, and scalable marketing infrastructure.Oversee quality control across all brand collateral, messaging, and communications.Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless marketing automation and pipeline execution, and with the Development team on product, technical considerations, and timelines.Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.Oversee the creation of best in class content that elevates the project and company to the level of attention and presence it deserves.Lead global PR strategy and media presence.Architect and oversee paid media strategy.Drive marketing and sales automation (CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, segmentation).Integrate AI into marketing systems and workflows.Create investor communications and presentation decks.Strategic Focus of the RoleHigh-ticket sales funnels and long sales cyclesBuyer psychology and emotional resonanceFunnel-based marketing and qualificationThis role requires a leader who understands that marketing Shift is not about promotion, it is about alignment.Our buyers are high-net-worth, discerning, values-driven individuals making long-term investment decisions around place, purpose, and legacy.The Marketing Manager must understand:A clear and authentic ability to articulate why they are deeply passionate about this roleStrong intellectual curiosity and the capacity to connect Shift's vision to some of the world's biggest challengesA proven track record of building and developing brands from the ground upExperience leading and growing high-performing marketing teamsAn entrepreneurial mindset with innovative problem-solving capabilitiesA deep understanding of AI and its application within modern marketing systemsRole Requirements7+ years of marketing leadership experience (real estate and/or social-impact exposure preferred)5+ years managing and growing marketing teams (internal + external)Proven ability to build and develop brands from the ground upStrong track record driving revenue, pipeline growth, and brand positioningExperience leading creative teams and agency partnersExpertise in paid media, SEO, CRM systems, automation, and analyticsDeep understanding and application of AI in marketingExceptionally organized with strong attention to detailHigh emotional intelligence and alignment with Shift's valuesEntrepreneurial and innovative mindsetStrong sense of taste and design (architecture/interiors)Fluency in English and SpanishAnnual Salary Range: $48,000 - $72,000Yearly bonus, based on performance and KPI's.Paid Aguinaldo by the end of the calendar year.Three paid Holiday days in the country of origin on top of New Year's Day (Jan 1st) and Christmas Day (Dec 25th).Paid Vacation time after 3 months of employment.Stipend of $50/month for health insurance after 1 year.Three days of paid sick leave annually.Remote work - paid travel to Nosara, Costa Rica, when needed.How to Apply Send your resume, marketing portfolio and a short video (maximum 3 minutes) toGrecia Yepez Ortizatgrecia@blessoproperties.com .In your videoWhy are you interested in this position?Why are you a great fit for this role?What do you know about our target audience and why do you think you would be able to effectively market to them?Have you successfully built one or more brands from the ground up?Do you have experience managing and growing a marketing team?What is your ideal work environment?Important Note *****Important Note: Important: To apply, please email your video, marketing portfolio (if available), and resume to grecia@blessoproperties.com.
