Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Associate located in the Huntsville-Decatur-Albertville area. The IT Associate will support and manage IT systems, assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and handle day-to-day technical operations. Responsibilities also include ensuring optimal performance of Windows environments and maintenance. Creating reports based on data provided to you from other technicians. Effective communication with team members and clients will be essential in this role. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Basic knowledge in Information Technology operations and troubleshootingHands-on proficiency with Windows environments, including installation and maintenance.Excellent oral and written Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in IT service delivery or support is an advantageBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
