Solution Engineer

Overview In this Solution Engineer role, you will support ERP transformation initiatives by shaping and guiding technical solutions that unify finance, operations and HR processes. You’ll develop governance artifacts, architecture blueprints and integration designs, collaborating with project teams to ensure standards and best practices are met. You will analyze complex requirements, design and test solutions, and document them for sustained performance. This position offers exposure to cloud, security, and a broad set of systems while contributing to a multi-year modernization program. ResponsibilitiesSupport ongoing projects such as eGRC SaaS Migration, HR Connect, and SharePoint 2016 migrationsDevelop and maintain governance documentation, technical architecture, and solution blueprintsCollaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and best practicesCreate and maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards and policiesAnalyze client/user requirements, design, develop and test software to meet specificationsDevelop designs, layouts, and documentation to define project requirements and integration approaches Key requirements5-7 years designing and architecting technical solutionsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of a wide variety of systems and technical platforms from infrastructure to AIExperience selecting software solutions including COTS, SaaS and PaaSKnowledge of cloud computing concepts, data center consolidation, IT infrastructure services, cybersecurity, data managementKnowledge of advanced network administration and security principlesAdvanced knowledge of solution engineering, application architecture and systems integrationExcellent communicationStakeholder collaborationTeam-orientedCloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP)IT infrastructure servicesCybersecurity and data management
