Education Coordinator and Lead Teacher

Wilde Kingdom is a Gold rated early learning center located in Fairfield, Ohio. We are seeking an Education Coordinator/Lead Pre-K Teacher. Pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, and credentials up to $19 an hour. Our curriculum and practices center on providing a safe and secure environment where a each child's unique capabilities and character are valued. We recognize that play-based learning joyfully challenges children to move beyond their current capabilities. By guiding that play within the environment of learning centers, children build a sense of connection with their community and begin to understand the value of the diversity of cultures found within it. Lead Teacher Responsibilities and Duties Experience in a childcare setting as a Lead Teacher Extensive experience with Creative Curriculum Ability to train and coach other teachers on classroom environment, lesson planning and implementing curriculum Must be knowledgeable of Step Up to Quality and Ohio Early Learning Standards Experience teaching children with special needs Motivated to inspire children in a positive manner Meet the individual needs of the children Provide excellent parent communication Understand and build upon the developmental level of the children in the classroom Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning Prepare lesson plans and curriculum to align with Ohio Early Learning Standards Experience with Creative Curriculum beneficial. Lead Teacher Qualifications and Skills Associate Degree on Bachelor Degree in ECE Required.
