Principal Software Engineer - Mobile Applications

As a Principal Software Engineer (React Native), you'll lead design and development of high-performing mobile apps, mentor other engineers, and help bring new digital capabilities (including AI) to life.This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll set the standard for mobile excellence at PepsiCo.ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and hands-on development of mobile apps using React NativePartner with product managers, UX designers, and cloud engineers to deliver global solutionsEstablish best practices for coding, testing, and deploymentMentor engineers and guide technical decision-making across the teamExplore and adopt tools such as AI copilots and agents to streamline development and boost productivityCompensation and BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
