The successful candidate will be responsible for all business aspects, including the training and development of local staff and volunteers, and will play a key role in fundraising, engaging community members, and ensuring program goals are met. This role demands a leader with a strong background in fundraising, particularly in the areas of corporate sponsorship, individual giving, and grant management. The Executive Director will also be tasked with board development, fiscal oversight, and program support, and must be adept at working in a virtual environment.Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' of fundraising experience, with a preference for those with voluntary healthcare experience. The role requires a proven track record in obtaining major grants and gifts, as well as in recruiting corporate sponsors and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills, and be proficient in computer and database management. They must be adept at working with diverse constituents, driving a culture of diversity and inclusion, and be capable of leading a team to achieve the company's mission.
