Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Plaintiff)Remote – Illinois (Chicago Preferred) | Monthly Travel to Atlanta(Client name) ** is a boutique personal injury firm, headquartered in Georgia, the firm services plaintiffs across Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, and North Carolina.The team is divided into a Georgia litigation group handling local matters and a catastrophic injury group supported by dedicated litigation staff.The firm is hiring an Illinois-licensed associate to handle plaintiff personal injury auto cases. This is a strong opportunity for an entry-level to mid-level attorney who wants real courtroom exposure and mentorship. You will manage Illinois cases, appear for court hearings, handle written discovery, take and defend depositions as your skill level allows, and participate in mediations and trials. The goal is steady progression toward independently managing cases.The position is remote in Illinois, ideally Chicago metro area. The first week is onsite in Atlanta for training, and attorneys travel to Atlanta once a month for in-person collaboration.The firm provides centralized litigation support. Associates are not expected to manage their own paralegal; tasks are assigned through the firm's support structure.Candidates must be licensed in Illinois, excellent writing and communication skills, and comfortable appearing in court on personal injury auto matters.
