They are a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable partner to managers of the store.ResponsibilitiesA Client Relationship Owner Ensures every client is welcome, well taken care of and takes pride in developing long-term relationshipsIs aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach themImplements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframeConsistently captures client data and takes notes of all qualitative informationFamiliar with the portfolio of customers, and in particular their VVICs and VICsAn omnichannel business partnerOffers excellent customer service and improves individual business performanceUses all omnichannel services available to grow omnichannel salesIs aware of store and individual Sales and KPI targets and actively engages in all actions to reach themActively completes trainings and participates in all commercial activities set by the SM/ASM/HOIs aware of local trading environment and competitors activitiesAn operations excellence supporterEnsures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming at any time of the dayProactively informs SM/ASM of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all timeImplements all guidelines related to store and back of house management and participates in inventoriesSupports after sales clients and follows up to ensure impeccable after sales serviceComplies with established Richemont policies and standardsQualificationsPrevious experience in retail sales and operationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills are requiredStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to sit down and stand for extended periods of timeAble to work open availability including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to lift up to 20lb boxes regularlyRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
