This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will join the Land Services team, supporting the successful execution of large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects. This role plays a critical part in land acquisition strategy, process standardization, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring projects move efficiently from early development through operations.You will serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex land acquisition workflows into clear, scalable processes while partnering across Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams. This is an opportunity to directly influence operational excellence and drive continuous improvement within a high-impact, fast-paced environment.Location: Juno Beach, FL preferred, remote will be accepted1-year contract assignment.(W-2)Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Development & OptimizationDesign, document, and continuously improve land acquisition workflows, procedures, and training materialsStandardize processes to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve team productivityIdentify gaps or inconsistencies in current practices and implement scalable solutionsTranslate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation aligned with company policiesCross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to align project executionAct as a central point of coordination to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuityAnticipate project needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentumSupport internal communications related to land processes and complianceSystems, Data & TrainingMaintain accurate land acquisition data within tracking systems and databasesReview title documentation to verify ownership and support agreement preparationManage and quality-check land agreement requests within Salesforce or similar systemsGenerate reports and ensure data integrity across platformsDeliver training and support to team members on standardized processes and toolsProject Support & AnalysisSupport land acquisition activities across all project phases (pre-bid through operations)Examine title research and evaluate public records to assist with creating agreements and developing projects.Review land agreements (easements, options, etc.) for accuracy and consistencyPrepare documentation, coordinate meetings, and track key deliverablesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in land acquisition, title research, real estate operations, or related fieldStrong ability to review title documents, verify ownership, and interpret legal descriptionsWorking knowledge of land contracts, including easements, options, and agreement structuresExperience with end-to-end land acquisition processes for infrastructure or transmission projectsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with Salesforce or similar workflow/data management systemsStrong document management skills, including Adobe Acrobat ProExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experienceHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience as a real estate or contracts paralegalBackground as a land acquisition agent or land data/document specialistFamiliarity with land management platformsExperience using GIS systems or county parcel data toolsKnowledge of eminent domain processes and regulatory requirementsExperience supporting energy, transmission, or infrastructure projectsExperience developing or delivering training programs or materialsSkills & CompetenciesProcess improvement and operational excellenceCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementData accuracy and quality controlContract and document interpretationProject coordination and time managementSystems thinking and workflow optimizationClear communication and training deliveryWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
