High energy, creativity, luxury service, and an entrepreneurial mindset are qualities that animate every member of our team every day.What You Will DoSALESDrive retail sales growth and market share across assigned Midwest territoryPartner closely with retail teams, store leadership, and brand ambassadors to achieve sales goalsAnalyze business trends, productivity, and opportunities by retailer and doorBuild strong relationships with retail partners including luxury department stores, specialty retailers, and independent boutiquesExecute strategic business initiatives to support launches, animations, and seasonal prioritiesSupport staffing strategy, counter productivity, and sales-driving initiativesEnsure excellence in execution at store level including merchandising, stock support, and visual presentationRecap market visits, business trends, and opportunities to leadership teamEDUCATIONDeliver engaging in-person and virtual fragrance trainings for retail teams and freelancersInspire selling teams through storytelling, product knowledge, and experiential selling techniquesCreate strong emotional connection between retail teams and the Memo Paris universeCoach selling behaviors that drive conversion, AOV, and client retentionSupport onboarding and continued development of brand ambassadors and freelancersMaintain strong product expertise across Memo ParisEnsure education tools, sampling strategy, and training materials are fully executed in marketEVENTS & ANIMATIONSExecute luxury retail events, pop-ups, and animations throughout the Midwest territoryPartner with commercial and store teams on client events, fragrance consultations, and experiential activationsSupport event staffing, setup, execution, and recap reportingCreate elevated customer experiences that drive traffic, conversion, and brand awarenessRepresent the brand during market appointments, retailer meetings, and industry eventsSupport seasonal initiatives including holiday, gifting, and exclusive launchesAdditional ResponsibilitiesTravel frequently throughout the Midwest territoryMaintain strong communication with corporate leadership and retail partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, operations, and sales teamsManage expenses, calendars, reporting, and territory planning efficientlyBe a true brand ambassador representing the luxury, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Memo ParisAbility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday retail periods as neededQualifications3–5+ years of experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or retail field leadershipStrong background in sales, education, clienteling, and event executionPassion for luxury fragrance and storytellingExcellent communication and presentation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage a multi-state territoryExperience working with luxury department stores and/or niche fragrance preferredMust be based in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TXAbility to travel frequently throughout assigned territoryMEMO PARIS is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and inspiring work environment.
