Master ORGANIZER with a flair for hosting social events Love your label maker and have a flair for meal prep What you’d do… Be the “Agent Concierge”, who helps the agent accomplish their goals. Be the “Team Runner”, assisting in various errands throughout the greater Sacramento area. Systemize client follow up and daily operations Keep detailed accounts and client database Continually improve budget, operations and nurture vendor relations. Complete, maintain and ensure the accuracy of the operations manual. Assist Agent with budgets, including expense organization and interaction with bookkeepers. Facilitate planning of Team events: retreats, strategic planning, team events/parties. Facilitate planning of Client events: Parties, workshops, client gifts. Be willing to cross train on all job functions and help out with any task that is needed. Skills Quick and efficient learner. Highly energetic. Some level of college education preferred but not required. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Proficient in payroll systems and Quickbooks Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Possess reliable transportation.
