Founded: Established nearly 100 years ago with a long-standing track record in the construction industryEmployees: Approximately 40–70 full-time employees company-wide, with a smaller, tight-knit regional team supporting local operationsOffice Locations & Geographic Reach: Headquartered in California with a strong presence in a Northern California regional market; primarily serves local and surrounding areas within the stateRevenue: Approximately $30M–$50M in annual revenue with consistent backlog and a high percentage of repeat client workProject Types: Specializes in healthcare and public works construction, including medical office buildings, hospital upgrades, MEP-intensive renovations, and community-focused facilities; strong expertise in occupied renovations, infection control, and controlled environmentsClients & Reputation: Maintains long-term relationships with large healthcare systems and institutional clients; known for high-quality delivery, repeat business, and strong field executionAwards & Recognition: Recognized regionally for excellence in healthcare and technical construction projects; reputation built on quality, safety, and long-term client partnershipsInterview Process: Initial virtual interview followed by in-person meeting with project leadership teamJOB DESCRIPTION – Superintendent (Night Shift | Healthcare / MEP Focus)Responsibilities:Oversee night shift construction operations on an occupied medical facility, focusing heavily on MEP upgrades, quality control (QA/QC), and maintaining strict safety and infection control standards while coordinating closely with the day-shift foreman and project teamResponsibilities:Lead communication with owners, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution in an active healthcare environment, while driving schedule, resolving field issues, and maintaining high standards of workmanshipResponsibilities:Manage subcontractors and union crews on-site, ensuring proper sequencing, coordination, and productivity while maintaining clear documentation and reporting across all phases of constructionProject Types:Healthcare and public works projects including occupied medical renovations, MEP upgrades, and upcoming ground-up community-focused facilities (offices, community centers, and recreational spaces); strong emphasis on healthcare environments over tilt-up, residential, or school projects.
