The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring premises, ensuring the safety of individuals and property, performing routine patrols, and responding promptly to security incidents. The role involves maintaining accurate records of incidents, enforcing access control protocols, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Additionally, the Security Officer will collaborate with team members and report to supervisors regarding any security-related concerns or observations. Qualifications Knowledge of physical security practices, access control systems, and surveillance technologyStrong observation, situational awareness, and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of emergency response procedures and ability to manage crisis situationsEffective interpersonal communication and ability to provide professional customer serviceAbility to work in a team and independently with attention to detail and reliabilityHigh school diploma or equivalent; security training or certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are a plusPrevious security or law enforcement experience is preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust pass a background check and meet physical fitness requirements for the role
