This role will focus on designing scalable data models, transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets, and enabling next-generation AI capabilities across the business. Unlike traditional Data Engineering roles focused on ingestion and ETL, this position owns everything that happens after data lands in the data lake- building curated data products, dimensional models, and semantic layers that power reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across analytics engineering, data modeling, SQL development, Python, and emerging AI technologies. What You'll DoAnalytics Engineering & Data ModelingDesign and build scalable dimensional data models (facts, dimensions, star schemas) Develop curated analytics datasets that support enterprise reporting and AI initiatives Transform raw lake data into trusted business-ready assets using dbt and SQL Build reusable semantic models that improve consistency across Finance analytics Apply data warehousing best practices including SCDs, conformed dimensions, and performance optimization Data Transformation & QualityDevelop and maintain complex SQL transformations within Snowflake Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data integrity Identify and resolve data quality issues including duplicates, null values, and integrity gaps Partner with upstream Data Engineering teams to ensure high-quality data consumption AI & Agentic Framework DevelopmentSupport development of an emerging agentic AI framework built on top of enterprise data models Prepare high-quality structured datasets that enable AI-driven use cases Collaborate on integrating modern AI capabilities into Finance analytics workflows Help evolve the analytics platform to support intelligent automation and AI-powered insights Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or similar role Strong SQL development skills Experience with Python Experience building dimensional data models Understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern analytics architectures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred QualificationsFinance or Accounting data experience Experience with Power BI Experience in AWS cloud environments Experience with dbt Experience working within Snowflake Exposure to AI, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse modernization initiatives Familiarity with Agile development environments
