Director of Legal Recruiting
A company is looking for a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement (Attorney).
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and place attorneys and paraprofessionals in various roles with companies and law firms
Manage the full life cycle of placement, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Develop and operate creative sourcing, assessment, placement, and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience as a practicing attorney in a corporate law firm or in-house setting
Strong client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys
Demonstrated active involvement in professional associations, with leadership experience preferred
J.D. from an accredited law school
Dependable, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
