Senior Workday Interface Developer (Remote)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Interface Developer to join our Data and Analytics team. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to support both external vendors and internal systems. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to implement scalable solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure high data standards. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, excels in project management, and has strong problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, XSLT, and XPath.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and define functional specifications.Manage Workday integration configurations, deployments, and ongoing production support.Stay updated on Workday innovations, driving process improvements and automation.Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices through code reviews.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. In lieu of a degree, 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience in the relevant domain, demonstrating professional growth and expertise.Experience:10+ years of ERP experience in financial, HCM, or supply chain domains with at least 1 year in Workday integration development, or7+ years specifically in Workday integration development.Preferred Certifications: Workday Pro Integrations Administration or Workday Pro Studio Certification.Skills and Abilities:Proven expertise in Workday integration tools and project management.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and lead projects to completion.This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
