Government Sales Director – U.S. Federal Law Enforcement & Intelligence (Defense / DOJ)

Job type: PermanentDescriptionThe OpportunityA U.S.-based technology company supporting federal law enforcement and intelligence missions is hiring a senior individual contributor to lead growth across DOJ agencies and adjacent intelligence organizations.This role is for someone who already understands the DOJ agency environment, has existing relationships, and knows how to win business directly and through government prime contractors.What You'll Be Responsible ForDriving new business across DOJ agencies and federal law enforcement, including investigative and intelligence-focused organizationsLeveraging existing agency and partner relationships to open doors and shape opportunitiesWorking closely with government prime contractors and integrators to position solutions inside larger federal programsLeading deals from early mission discussions through capture, procurement, and closeNavigating federal acquisition paths (IDIQs, GWACs, sole source, partner-led pursuits)Acting as a trusted advisor on mission-critical intelligence and investigative technologyWho This Role Is Designed ForThis role is intentionally targeted toward candidates who bring credibility and access, not just sales skills.You likely have:A background working inside DOJ agencies or federal law enforcement, orSenior federal sales experience with deep DOJ agency relationshipsPrevious experience holding a U.S. Government security clearance (active or expired, with ability to obtain again)A strong track record selling through government primes and channel partnersA network that enables you to generate net-new federal opportunitiesRequired ExperienceDemonstrated success selling into DOJ agencies or federal law enforcement organizationsProven ability to create demand and close complex, multi-year federal dealsExperience working with federal systems integrators / prime contractorsStrong understanding of federal procurement processes and budget cyclesAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceBased in or near the Washington, DC area, with regular access to agencies and partnersPreferred (But Not Mandatory)Former law enforcement or intelligence officer backgroundExperience supporting investigative, communications intelligence, or surveillance-related missionsExisting relationships within DOJ components or the Intelligence CommunityWhy This RoleYou'll represent technology that directly supports public safety, investigations, and national security missions.
