Revenue Cycle Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle to lead and manage the revenue cycle process of a clinical independent lab. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain revenue cycle department priorities, procedures, and policies Monitor client accounts receivable activity and performance, initiating corrective measures as needed Oversee daily performance of the revenue cycle department and manage all accounts receivable operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; or high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience 8+ years of experience in medical/healthcare billing with strong knowledge of claims processing 5+ years of leadership experience with the ability to recruit and motivate teams Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
