Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will provide ongoing support in all areas of the marketing department for all Highline locations. The coordinator will support the development and execution of tasks, miscellaneous campaigns, and other activities. The coordinator will also manage project timelines with vendors, and act as a liaison.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily execution of marketing deliverables for all Highline locations
Coordinate internally with the Marketing team to complete tasks and projects
Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing materials, including logistics, securing vendors and purchases as well ensuring projects are executed in a timely fashion
Organize and manage project details to keep tasks on track
Responsible for communication with vendors for all advertising purposes
Organize data in spreadsheets and graphs for various projects
Tracking expenses to align with our YTD budget
Content creation for social media posts and ad campaigns
Create direct mail designs for planned campaigns
Other projects as assigned
Competencies:
Highly organized and able to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and keep up with multiple projects at once
Excellent communication skills – verbal and non-verbal
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a relevant field, or 2+ years relative experience in marketing and/or design field preferred
Proficient with content creation and print design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn applications and platforms quickly
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (Drug and Background)
