Acquisitions Specialist — Summit Home BuyersSummit Home Buyers is a local Massachusetts real estate investment firm, and we're growing. We're looking to bring on an acquisitions specialist who wants to learn this business, work alongside ownership, and build a real career in real estate investing.What you'll be doingYou'll be the first point of contact with homeowners who are ready to sell off-market. That means cold calling, working our direct mail campaigns (postcards, letters), following up on inbound leads, and building genuine rapport with sellers. You'll learn how to read a situation, ask the right questions, and structure offers that work for everyone. Leads, mailers, scripts, CRM, and dispositions are all handled — your focus is the conversations and getting properties under contract.Who thrives in this rolePeople who are coachable, motivated, and genuinely curious about how real estate investing works. You don't need experience or a license to start — we'll teach you. What we look for is someone who shows up consistently, is great on the phone, listens more than they talk, and isn't shaken by hearing no.
