You’ll be working on the organization's flagship product within a team of highly skilled, long-tenured individuals.BENEFITS & COMPENSATIONCompensation:Up to $145,000 per year + 8% annual bonus PTO:Unlimited PTO Retirement:401(k) plan with company match Medical:Health, vision, and dental plans available for individuals and familiesRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE DELPHI DEVELOPERDevelop, maintain, and enhance features within on-premises Delphi applications using Delphi 13Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring timely and effective fixes for production issuesCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsWrite clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to maintain application quality standardsSupport application deployments and provide technical guidance to end users and support teamsContribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements for system maintenance and team knowledge sharingPREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE DELPHI DEVELOPER5+ years of professional software development experience with DelphiDemonstrated expertise in maintaining and enhancing on-premises Delphi applications in production environmentsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patternsExperience with database connectivity and SQL query optimization (Firebird, SQL Server, or similar)Proficiency in version control systems and familiarity with Windows application architectureExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environmentTiming is everything.
